| If you were curious by the last entry: The outcome of those two exams: 4s. APUSH and AP Lang & Comp. : D
| | |
| Eric is waiting for his AP Exams to be over. I've got two left, one that I should be studying for as I type, and another that will be underway come Thursday. The first, APUSH, I have tomorrow! I've kinda of reached a state of no moving on them. I sort of can't care anymore. The teachers have been driving us so hard about it all that I've sort of grown numb. Will probably cram anyways though.
I went to Cranston this past weekend. That was quite good. Due to the above, I had thought, and said, that I wouldn't be going to anything. I changed my mind however upon hearing advice from a number of people. One thing that in particular stood out to me was a bit of advice from James Robinson. He pointed out 2 Chronicles 13. Read it. Abijah was out gunned, outmaneuvered, and faced fighting an out of control renegade king. Yet he prevailed. Why?
Because it turned out that all of the cards were not in Jeroboam's hands. In fact, the cards were not even in Abijah's hands. God worked out the victory for Judah that day. And if he can do that for Judah against a massive army, how much more could he assist me if it be his will that I do well on this exam.
But Cranston itself was quite fun. The classes were on demons, and this had been a interesting topic for me because of my sisters situation. The last time I had talked to her, she had said demons was one of the things she had changed her thoughts on. I haven't been able to talk to her since getting back yet, but I hope that when I do, it will be able to shed new light for her.
We played a game of Ultimate Frisbee with the NEers. That surely rocked their world. Good fun all around. The star team consisting of Ben, Kyle, Austin, Naomi, and Me. Playing two players down, we did fabulously. The other team may speak about themselves as they wish.
Stayed at the Schlageters place. I forwent the ultra soft bed for the couch and to not kick anyone out. I had however, brought the most amazing blanket in the world, so it was all good. Matt and I stayed up with Gord til about 2 on Saturday night, so it was definitely good times.
That looks substantial enough. Until next time, God be with you all. May we meet in Jerusalem. Tomorrow.

| Eric is alive. Due in part to popular demand.
Its been ages, I've even neglected my monthly. Hopefully a fuller update is on its way soon. We'll see what happens.
In the meantime: Exams are coming up in APUSH and APLC, we had a chapel workday; check my bros facebook for pics. Maybe I'll be at Cranston or Barton. More likely Cranston, and that pends on what happened with the above paragraph.
Final Thoughts: I think the recent weather events, such as the 2 feet of snow today in Minnesota, have put a bit of a halt to global warming, no?
Hope everyone is doing fantastically! God be with you all.

| Or so it may possibly be. I joined the Xanga community as it was dying, but perhaps it has found a new wind. Lets see if it makes it. : )
Right now, I'm making muffins. Pretty fantastic.
A whole lot has happened lately, well, at least since my last writing. One of them being what may have been the second biggest life change I've ever had. For Starters, I went to England. Which I had wanted to do for sometime, and things were pretty dandy there. I stayed with Antonia Giordano's parents, did some sight seeing, and had a British Christmas. Events of Christmas (and Britain in General) included: Eating a Turkey heart and kidney, eating a lot in general (England was really awesome), playing with two cute as babies, meeting Antonia's family, receiving unexpected gifts, eating a myriad various and delicious chocolates, exploring the beach, exploring a fishing village/town, and driving on the wrong side of the road. For numerous pictures, see mine and Kyle Clopton's facebook.
After England, I left for the Amanzi Gathering. It was a long trip there, with really only one significant thing happening. I met a guy on the plane who works in the UN for South Africa, and he asked me why I was going. Upon my telling him, he told me not to expect a lot, because the people here didn't care, and things along those lines.
A quick side note, those muffins are good, they finished.
Amanzi was phenomenal. Classes were given primarily by Bros. Craig Blewett, and Shane Kirkwood. For more details on them, ask me. Overall though, the subjects of the classes were on your vision of the Kingdom, and on 2nd Timothy. The overall theme for the week was on Living Waters. One of the definite highlights for me was the music. It was quite unlike anything I've experienced up til now. In speech, I can't accurately describe, much less try and type it out! What I will say, is that that was definitely a piece of the Kingdom there. I met some fabulous people, I'll list a couple of them: John Ashford- incredible guy from Melbourne Australia, the first new person I really got to know, on my P2P team, and the last of my team I saw. Nick Morgan- Another Australian, I think Sydney. Amazing person, and played the violin incredibly. Ari and Anj Pickering- the makers of the Chasing Angels CD. Two Fantastic people. Ari sang Chasing Angels twice as the closing during the week.
Haha, it feels like too many things happened, I could try and describe one thing, but four others all want to jump out. To limit post size, I'll move on for now.
P2P. Incredible. I love my P2P team. Its members: Sara-Rose Pogson, Levi Gelineau, Jessica Sweeny, Jodie Errington, Rochelle Errington, Dan Maluga, John Ashford, Jonno Nutter, Nick Pratt, Jemima Jamison, Dan Morgan, and last, but most definitely not least, Amy McClure. We worked out of the Durban BEC, that is Bible Education Centre. What we did was gave seminars, helped sign people up for correspondence courses, advertise for the BEC, as well as giving concerts that helped do all of the above. There was an area not too far from the BEC where you could rent more or less and amphitheater for the afternoon, so we did.
One of the days, Jonno, Nick, and I all went to a home (I believe it was Umlazi) for physically disabled kids and helped clean things up there, as well as help set up for when they would arrive three days later. We worked mostly on the eating area (which was improved at least 10 times what it was before), and on moving all of the mattresses/beds indoors so as to not be ruined outside. When we left that afternoon, there was still a lot to be done, and from my looking at other peoples pictures, they were able to do a lot of it, and that makes me wicked happy. : )
Too many things happened to even begin to try and list them. They'll pop up here and there I think. ; ) I leave you all with a thought, a vision: In the Kingdom, I want to run across the tops of the clouds. The tops look so much cooler than the bottoms, it would be sunny, and I would be there with some of my brothers and sisters, and we would all be chasing each other around. God bless!

| Bout a month, I suppose I'm consistent.
So, today is the day in which I depart. I'm leaving for England, and after four days, to South Africa!!! I'll likely blog something when I get back , but what I definitely recommend is checking out my facebook, as I'll undoubtedly be posting pictures. (If you don't have one, #1: What's wrong with you and what rock have you been hiding under? : P #2: Send me an email and I'll send you invite.
So I bid you all adeiu. God Bless!
